Dr. Sandra L. Winborne, is President/Owner of Winnie & Associates, LLC, an education/ credentialing consultant business. We offer consultant services to federal, state, school systems, military, veterans, graduating students. churches, and other groups or individuals. Dr. Winborne, has over 35-years in in education and other areas. She retired from government  (Dec 2014). She possesses expertise as a subject matter expert (SME) in military credentialing. She finished a doctorate studying that area. Her dissertation (2006), titled: "Examining Military Credentialing Knowledge for the Civilian Workforce: Using Rhythmic Language and Jazz." This issue continues. Preparing military members and civilians for transition is important.
